Each harness is constructed using M22759 Tefzel conductors, Raychem heat shrink systems, structured splicing practices, and professional-grade crimp tooling to ensure termination consistency and long-term reliability in high-vibration, high-heat environments. Systems are engineered with disciplined signal routing, proper shielding separation, OEM C101 chassis integration, standalone ECU compatibility, and platform-specific Honda architecture expertise — delivering repeatable, scalable fabrication without compromising material quality or electrical integrity.
